Great job Leandro! I admire your drive to create more awareness around embedded systems. It seems you've built a foundation already. I would like to learn more about you and what you've built so far, in order to give you more actionable tips. However, the next step could be that you need more traction (since you mentioned that's something you haven't got so far) I encourage you to reach out to industry experts to interview them, ask them for advice, hold live presentation to share your story and answer questions. You can also pair up with those who already have traction and partner up with them on presentation. I would like to discuss some possibilities with you, so please send me a message on LinkedIn and let's talk about potential collaborations. Lastly, my main language is English (I speak Farsi as well) but I have a lot of followers from the Latino community so it would be interesting to explore potential opportunities to grow that side of my network. Let's discuss more details together.

Thanks for your kind feedback and glad you enjoyed watching the presentation. The job search process is identical for professionals of all levels from recent grads to senior managers. The goal is to avoid getting lost in the online job ads market and instead take a proactive approach towards finding the right companies, contacting the right people, and having the right conversations.

Send me an invite to connect on LinkedIn and I'll send you a personal voice message with more details or an example: https://www.linkedin.com/in/engineeringcareercoach/

17:42:30 From afwaanquadri : Question: Different companies uses different hiring approaches, big companies rely heavily on Data Structures and Algorithms coding in their interview process but they never end up using it or rarely use it in their daily work because of massive libraries/frameworks which provide those already under the hood and if you switch jobs then you have to again revist those skills and practice again to gain that speed. So what are your tips for a new grad and a senior embedded software engineer to navigate such hiring processes/strategy?
